1. Introduction 

At Crystal Linen House Laundry, we understand that customers may need to cancel their requested services under certain circumstances. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which service cancellations are accepted. 

By using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy. 

 

2. Cancellation Eligibility 

Customers may request cancellation of their service within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the garments have not yet been collected by our pickup team. 

Once the garments have been collected for service, the order shall be considered confirmed and cancellation will no longer be possible. 

 

3. Cancellation Process 

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or through the official communication channels provided on our website. 

Customers must include their order reference number and contact details when submitting a cancellation request. 

 

4. Refunds for Cancelled Services 

If a cancellation request is approved, any applicable refund will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment used at the time of order placement. 

The refund process may take between 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the customer’s credit or debit card. 

 

5. Non-Cancellable Services 

Cancellation requests will not be accepted in the following cases:  

  • Services that have already been collected or are in progress
  • Services that have been completed and delivered, unless the services were not performed as committed or a fault or negligence on the part of Crystal Linen House Laundry is established
  • Orders delayed or impacted due to customer unavailability or incorrect information provided by the customer
